Faced with integrating different offices into one new headoffice, the management of Rabobank was challenged to make the population of its employees come to terms with the upcoming changes in the workplace. In order to use the new workplace effectively it was paramount that everybody understood what it meant to not have their ‘own’ fixed desk anymore. This was something that the architect and interior designers didn’t completely had specialized in.

In order to take full advantage of the possibilities of the new building innvire was tasked to bring all departments up to speed. innvire helped Rabobank develop and execute a transition program that involved personal communication, actors, workshops with all people, a ‘visit’ to the future office and support in efficiently moving to the new headoffice.

Working together with the project management & interior designers of Aartsenco, we found the perfect synergy to create a great interior that is also understood and desired by the new workforce of Rabobank Maastricht e.o.

innvire was complimented by Rabobank for having a ‘zero’ percentage of productivity loss from the first day on.
