Building foundation Servatius in Maastricht was at the verge of integrating different departments into one new head office. The turbulent times Servatius was in and the different characteristics of the 4 organizational units were challenging to make it all work in the short time period they had available.

innvire was asked to coach Servatius in the transition of works styles fitting the new organization and its offices. Working with HR, IT, Communication and Facilities, we designed a transition program with communication, workshops, training and coaching to get all departments well-informed and on the same page. Secondly we were asked to monitor the design of the interior and how the different workplaces would add to the desires and needs of the new flexible workspace.

We were complimented by the CEO to be the lubricant of the transition for the company, making it all go smoothly and result oriented.
