Can: First of all you need the basic skills to be able to innovate. How to prepare a workshop or brainstorm. Understand that creativity is something you can exercise and can get better at.
Want: Teams must have the mindset for actively sharing ideas and co-creation. They must learn how to enter the groove or flow that is needed for really productive workshops. We explain what teams can do to achieve this. Motivation, drive and passion and are also important ingredients in our iSchool classes.
Permission: Organizations need space, literally and metaphorically, to innovate. Literally in the sense that it is very important to have a space within the organization where people feel free, where they can Jam and get into the groove. This is really what our Spatial Design services are all about. But metaphorically an organization also needs to give space to people so they know they are encouraged to come up with ideas, play around with them. Only then do companies become able to innovate.
Our training will give your people a solid understanding of how creativity works. Creativity is finding original solutions to well defined problems. We train your people how to put together a workshop or brainstorm that will produce tangible results. We also train them how to execute these sessions and encourage others to participate. We instill the power of “design thinking”, to the people we work with, but equally important, to the management.
