Customers often tell us they are surprised at the end of one of our workshops. They feel empty and tired, after all it is hard work. But they also feel satisfied and brim with new found energy to start working on the results the next day.

It is because we know how to use group dynamics in the best way. How to bring along the participants and get them into the groove. We have the experience, the skills and the know-how to achieve memorable sessions. 

The approach

First we work with the main stakeholders to define what the challenge is. Then we design the session. We create all the required elements. We can select knowledge providers for example or we produce consumables or use games. Using our time tested and battle hardened approach we co-create solutions and obtain tangible results in one day. Sometimes it can be shorter and even multiple day workshops occur. Whatever it takes. One thing is for sure, you and your team will feel drained by the effort, but also full of adrenaline and motivation to continue the very next day.

During the workshop we make (hidden) assumptions, concerns and facts explicit. We boost knowledge and inspire, and encourage playful exploration. We then make the results tangible. Our workshops are guided by our excellent facilitators, but there are other supporters possible: a cartoonist to capture the mood and findings, an actor to improvise and body-storm possible solutions, a  chef that participates in a taste experience. Formats

For a number of common situations and challenges we have created standardized workshop formats. These consist of all the necessary elements (consumables, play-books, templates) to get results fast. We can execute such workshops for you, but you can also license these formats for your own use. With our help you will be up and running with these workshop formats in no time. This is particularly interesting if you need to execute the same workshop often or with lots of different groups. We train and support your facilitators (or provide them), and supply you with all the ingredients.
