Rabobank Graafschap-Noord asked us to help define the best design for a new workplace for its 300 people. We helped the management team comprehend the impact of the different choices. We researched how their teams do their work to assess the needs the workspace should fulfill. We helped them find and define their own mode of ‘the new way of working’ that matches their ambitions and organizational goals.

In the following period we supported Rabobank RGN by creating and detailing the design and the accompanying work styles.
We provided training and support for managers and team leaders so their people adapted to the new surroundings without a hitch.

Rabobank RGN has gotten a lot of praise for their innovative project and we were recognized for the effective close working relation, hands-on support and key contributions to the project.
